About the complex
Prodromos, a village whose residents enjoy an altitude of 1,450 meters above sea level, is the highest village in Cyprus and is part of the Limassol district. Situated less than an hour's drive from Limassol and Nicosia, this location offers a unique lifestyle in the heart of the mountains. Nestled among pine-clad slopes, this exclusive residential complex boldly combines contemporary architecture with the unspoiled beauty of the Troodos Mountains, reimagining mountain living.
Every aspect of the complex's design is aimed at enhancing the mountain experience. Clean architectural lines, dark-finished facades, and expansive glass surfaces, dramatically showcased in 3D renderings, create residences that appear both bold and harmoniously integrated into the landscape. The result is privacy and tranquility, complemented by breathtaking views that delight the eye at any time of year.
The apartments are elegantly finished. The structure and walls are designed for seismic resistance according to Eurocodes, using a reinforced concrete foundation and frame. The exterior walls, finished with plaster, brick, and zinc coating, offer excellent thermal insulation.
The interior walls are finished with plaster, brick, or plasterboard, while the exterior finish includes thermal insulation, adhesive mortar, fiber mesh, and decorative plaster. The interior walls are finished with putty and emulsion paint.
The apartment floors are also well-designed: parquet in the kitchens, living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms, stone floors in the bathrooms, and non-slip tiles on the verandas. Storage rooms are finished with tiles. The doors and windows are aluminum, insulated, double-glazed, and the interior doors and built-in wardrobes are manufactured in the EU. The entrance door is armored, reinforced, fire-resistant (30 minutes), veneered, and equipped with a door stop. The main entrance door is equipped with an intercom and a camera.
The kitchens and bathrooms exude high quality: European-made cabinets, engineered stone countertops, marble countertops, and a stainless steel sink. The plumbing fixtures are also of European origin: built-in toilets with soft-close mechanisms, vanity sinks, bathtubs, and showers. A high-pressure pump is included in the price.
