The "TATE" residential complex is a unique project that harmoniously combines modern architecture, art and a comfortable urban environment. Created by the Kleinewelt Architekten bureau in the minimalist style, the complex consists of two high-rise towers (41 and 49 floors), which will become a bright accent in the north of Moscow, and a 6-storey office building. The facades of TATE seem to dissolve into the surrounding landscape, opening up new perspectives and panoramas to residents and guests. A special role is played by the panoramic lounge terrace at an altitude of 140 meters, which offers a breathtaking view of the capital. And the art objects integrated into the space expand the boundaries of perception and enrich the cultural component of the project.
The interiors of "TATE", designed by the DBA-GROUP studio, reflect the spirit of the modern avant-garde. The halls of the first floors have an atmosphere of light and spaciousness thanks to high ceilings and thoughtful functionality: convenient options for residents, such as pet paw baths, guest bathrooms, storage rooms for strollers, make life in the complex as comfortable as possible. Fast and convenient movement between floors is provided by 6 elevator shafts in each tower, with a lifting time of only 45 seconds.
The location of "TATE" near Sheremetyevo Street – a quiet and peaceful artery of the district – provides convenient transport accessibility. From here it is easy to reach both the center of Moscow and the famous metropolitan parks. The proximity of the Riga and Savelovsky railway stations, as well as other cultural centers such as VDNH, Bakery No. 9, the Flacon design factory, the Jewish Museum and the Tolerance Center, makes TATE not just a residential complex, but part of the dynamic and rich cultural life of the city.
