The Obydensky No. 1 Club House is the most private house in the best part of Ostozhenka. It is located in the alley of the same name, deep in the block, in the quietest place of the prestigious district of Moscow, just 150 meters from the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Obydensky No. 1 is inscribed in the historical development, executed mainly in the Art Nouveau and Classicism styles. It seems that the house has been standing on this place for a long time.
